"I came to the restaurant once with my family and they were impressed to see how nice everybody was, how good the service was and how well everybody is treated. It is a special thing here that everybody tries to go the extra mile to make guests happy and do their best to make this place more than just another hotel."
This week we have a wine made from grapes grown on a drainage from the river of Maas. This region in The Netherlands has the lowest annual rainfall in Benelux, which works well for the grapes. The aromas and taste are juicy with lots of fruit like raspberries, black currant, complemented by a very smooth tannins and nicely ripened fruit. #boweryexperience

"I have worked on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve for 12 years in a row now. Although I am not with my family, I am in a happy environment because we have the challenge of making sure our guests are having a great time. The reward we get here is that we can create unforgettable memories and experiences for our guests. It makes me feel happy and fulfilled."

The progress I have made personally and the development of our menu, has been insane. We have beautiful food, lovely guests and great staff: it is great to work as a chef in an atmosphere like this.”
