@waitroseandpartners a really good way of reducing waste is to not wrap vegetables up in plastic. They actually come out of the ground, where they survived for months, so a few days on a shelf should be fine. They also don't need bar codes, it's actually possible to sell fresh vegetables by weight. I think this was realised thousands of years ago! @zero.waste.collective @naturalweighltd
A windy afternoon at Fochriw saw Chris on his first speed soaring flight and absolutely loving it! Luckily the weather played ball today and the students flew over 80 flights to either complete or get very close to their EP ratings. @joint_services_pg_centre #stafftraining @ozoneparagliders @gingliders
As this season just keeps on rolling on, @joint_services_pg_centre students ground handle their wings towards the transport at the end of a very productive day one. Today they achieved a 100% pass rate on their theory, and we hope to have some good flying conditions for the rest of the week! @supair_paragliding @airdesignparagliders @advancegliders
Happy wedding day to @clare87 and Craig! Thank you so much for having @rebeccajacksonandrews and me. What a beautiful day!
If it ever stops raining, there's a chance on the 17th, our final day of the season. It's been a good evening for tying. @orvisflyfishing @snowbeeukltd @patagonia_flyfish @danielstarsmore thabk you to @ronaldsuth for the tubes and coneheads.
First we had droughts, now we have torrential rain and flooding. Fingers crossed for homes in the Usk Valley this evening.
A very unexpected @xcmag cross country flight in October in Wales. @danielstarsmore and I tried a new site and flew nearly 10 miles to home in #crickhowell Our matching @supair_paragliding #wild gliders have had a great year and it was yet another cracking flight in this never ending season! #gbhscrickhowell #myhighstreet
We've just landed back in Bristol after the most fantastic week flying in Bassano and the Dolomites. Each pilot flew around 20 hours in the week, including committed XC flights up to 60km and soaring to over 3400m on the South face of Marmolada. Some of these flights will stay with me a long time! Thanks to the Royal Navy Paragliding Association for being such a great group, flying safely and bringing an adventurous and positive attitude to the trip, making it so special! @supair_paragliding @airdesignparagliders #goteamevol @joint_services_pg_centre @nonamebcozallnamesrtaken
Flying in Bassano with the Royal Navy Paragliding Team on our last day. We flew a 30km task from a new site and almost everyone made it to the goal! What a fantastic final flight in strong conditions and clear air to end the week. The team have all progressed and worked together so well. @airdesignparagliders #volt3 #speedmachine @supair_paragliding @royalnavy @joint_services_pg_centre @xcmag
