They are increasing in numbers which is feeding my confidence. . My visions are clear and my soul has no fear, few had experienced where I am heading next and my beliefs doesn't come from empty promises to myself. My feelings say I will keep moving forward and what's coming it's gonna be greater than great. . Cheers for the few that stuck by me. The older you get the more you realise that a loyal few is much stronger than many empty souls. . Boom 💣 Shakalaka

From now on consider the following exercises are your new everyday basics. . Scapula movements matters ←↑→↓ . Controlling the Scapula means you are step closer to preforming the right Handstand, pull-ups also great for isolation, mobility, flexibility and list goes on . Many of us are unaware of these movements 🐴 Our scapula may be moving dysfunctionally or even stuck in one position. This can lead to shoulder, back, neck, and other chronic pains. . You will find that many people walk around in an elevated and protracted position (shoulders rounded forward and shrugging). Over time, this can lead to a hunched posture which causes muscle stiffness, particularly around the neck, and can lead to a host of musculoskeletal problems. . Here will be showing you 4 important Scapula movements. Strart in a hanging position, you need a pull-up bar and keep arm straight. . First one is the Active raise and passive hang. Active raise🔹 (Scapular depression) refers to moving the shoulder blades down away from your ears, the position where you start you pull-ups from. . Passive hanging🔹 (elevation) which is bringing the shoulder blades closer to the ears, we call it the dead hang . It's great for flexibility and thats how you Handstand should look like so that means the passive hanging is the active pushing when your inverted. . Second Retraction and protraction. . Scapular retraction🔹refers to moving the shoulder blades towards the spine. The opposite is protraction🔹 moving the shoulder blades away from the spine.
The 👽 is back. . Today is Pull-ups day, not what they call Pull-ups. Nooooo, will be talking about really pull-ups. . First rule of pull-ups, you never flare the elbows. . Second rule of pull-ups, you never fu.... flare your elbows 😊 . First and second pull-ups🔹 shown in the video and the most common mistake is not going for a full range of motion and that's maybe the reason why your pull-ups are not progressing. . Second and most common mistake is kipping while pulling 😠😡. Never ever ever ever ever do that, it will cause pressure on your spine and can cause injuries. If you can't pull yourself then use a band to start with. Strict pull-ups is the only way to progress for strength and moves. . Third pull-ups🔹 is the right one ✅ notice that I start my pull-ups with an active position and not passive. . So what's an active position? Contracting the scapula with arms straight and passive it's just hanging which is good for flexibility. . So starting from a active position and raising your chest which helps in retracting your scapula and back muscles before performing the pull motion. Remember keep core tight. . I say don't rush things, trust and listen to your body. Everything is meant to happen at the specific time. This means no regrets even in training. . I always felt something is missing, I need more flexibility, more mobility. I need to flow and move but didn't start until few months ago of intensive training. . 2 times Yoga with noone other than @heal.flow.yoga . 2 times flexibility . Everyday movement and mobility inspired by the new space we own @taboo_calisthenics_center and @_alexnino_ that opened my eyes on what can complete my strength to become superhuman. . But I won't be here without Calisthenics 🤸🏻♂️ . Great things are coming, it's time for more magic.
Special thanks to the commentators @samyaljamal @mirnaalsharif @sirinmasri @mona_pilates_jordan 🤨 without you guys none of this would have happened 🤨
Believing in energy and different dimensions opened up a whole new world for me and the more I acknowledge it the more it sucks me in. . Everything needs to be balanced for it to exist . Yesterday I witnessed a fight between two energies. Time slowed down but the same time it was so fast. It was like we were stuck in a squeezed can. I was one of the main characters that possessed a powerful energy, I was stuck in a body that was control by something else. I saved a life and not just any life, A life that mattered the most. . I am becoming different and responsible for a role that's bigger than just being a human being. . 🎥 Trying to mix between Yoga and Calisthenics. Handstand - Headstand - Frogstand - Planche 🤸🏻♂️
First time I've seen this transition from a Handstand to a Planche it blew my mind. . It was few years ago in Dubai and it was performed live by a Russian gymnast, I still remember how it was performed and my mind recorded that transition and kept it saved knowing that one day I will be able to perform the same move. . I have been doing this transition in my previous videos but this is the exact one that my mind saved and now it's perfectly physically connected. . Powered by Cellucor

We take TIME for granted and even we get busy with nonsense that we forget that it exists. Until it's too late for some. . Time is part of God and in my opinion it's the most powerful part. It passes through untouched and unfazed from the existence of humans, wars or natural disasters. . The idea of time needs to be part of your everyday practice. It needs to be included in everything you do, even the simplest things. . It won't be easy but if you do, it will help in having a positive way of life and to understand not to waste your time on nonsense and this my fellow humans will only get you closer to other dimensions that they call God.
