Ok guys let’s talk!! In my previous progress pic a got some really sad comments on the fact that I am more “fat” now compared to my previous photo. So I would like to discuss this because this is something I care about a lot. Yes I was thinner in my previous pic, if you want to compare not my progress but my body, I have much more muscles now and also fat. Yes it’s true. But you know what? Before I was killing myself going to the gym everyday doing all the cardio and Hiit I could, I was becoming so obsessed with it, feeling guilty if I was not eating perfectly, feeling bad if I was skipping a workout because of a fever. I was not happy. I was only stressed and obsessed with how my body looked like and you know what?! In that picture I was not seeing myself thin, I was still not feeling beautiful and I was not in love with my body. That is NOT ok. I started yoga and everything changed. I started understanding that there is so much to love, that my body in beautiful as it is and I only have to take care of it and not stress it to make myself look like a skinny model. I love myself much more now and even if someone considers me more fat, now, when I look at myself, I am happy and I would not change a thing. ▶️Please if you receive any comments like these please please don’t care!!! Love yourself as you are, don’t change for anyone else. Take care of yourself, work out, do any sport you like, practise yoga, and eat well, do something good because it’s healthy, but don’t stress about your image and looking like someone else. Work on becoming the best version of yourself, not of someone else. Focus on how amazing and special you are, focus on loving yourself. 🙏🏼❤️ . Ps.
