Ladies, Seriously if you haven’t read or listened to this book, you need to!!! It’s amazing! Like do good that I will probably listen to it again!!!! Part of being a health and fitness coach is working on myself first! So not just working my body, but my mind!!! Growing and filling my cup first, so I can be better to serve others! You can not pump or siphon gas from an empty tank! Doesn’t work! So this is my “fill up” method I am terrible with sitting down to read books anymore, I fall asleep! Does that happen to anyone else? Just me? 😂 do audiobooks or even podcasts are perfect, so I can listen while I move around doing something else!!!! Sometimes I miss things but other ones I hear EXACTLY what I needed to hear in that moment with a struggle I have been having! Then I feel more equipped to use that to help the ladies in my online fitness communities, or even my team! I have tons of books just sitting on my digital shelf waiting to be listened and learned from! But this, this I think you all need to listen to! Any women at any point in their life, it has something for you!
