People keep asking me "What's your secret?" Well one thing I can tell you is that I still go out to eat on occasion and I still enjoy beer with friends. I don't always go to the gym when I should, and have used every excuse in the book. I devoured a whole box of Thin Mints by myself so yes, temptation is still there. . My SECRET is that I care about myself and my body. I push myself even on the days I don't want to go. So the secret is YOU. You can't get in the way of yourself. You have to put yourself first. You have to focus on you. So stop worrying about everything else and give more time to yourself. An hour walk, a 30 minute run, a 45 minute bike ride, just do something for YOU.
