My shoulders cried this morning 😂 Day 3 done! This workout program is 4 days per week with the flexibility to set the schedule how you want. Our weekends tend to be packed, so I am working out Monday-Thursday with a goal to do yoga Friday and Saturday, but no guilt if I can't because I really do get 3 rest days! This will also be the program I use when I start training for sprint triathlons again. What'd you do today?
