Check in with your self. How do you feel today? How do you want to feel today? From where you are, you can go to the next best thought to reach where you want to be. Remember that we are all human. Some days we don't feel like we can do the next best thought. It is okay to honor where you are, but not stay in those negative feelings for longer than the healing. Feel the feelings and heal, but don't stay in it because you are used to it. This is the tricky balance. Moving forward and creating a new future takes time. Go easy on yourself throughout this journey and try to take steps towards growth.
