I woke up at 5am to get my workout in and almost talked myself into going back to sleep and going in later to work! 🤦🏽♀️ • But I’m not going to get the results I dream of by sleeping in 😂 So 5-4-3-2-1 (read #The5SecondRule by @melrobbinslive to change yo lyfeee) I jumped out of bed and ran downstairs to down some #Energize and get my body sweating.
