Carving these ⭐️ ｍｏｍａｂｓ⭐️ one @home workout at a time 👊 ⠀⠀ . I get it! The skepticism is real when it comes to working out at home, but I just love proving everyone wrong! I have this little drawer in my tv console where I “hide” all my gear: powerblock weights, ｌｏｏｐｓ, and sliders. That’s it! That is ALL I have used with this 80 day program. ⠀⠀ . I’m no fitness model, I’ve had 4 pregnancies, I have stretch marks and loose skin, but you know what else I have? Confidence to rock a bathing suit this summer! I didn’t have that 7 years ago, when I had my first son. I didn’t have it three years ago, when I already had two. I have it now. Why? How? I joined a challenge group and it all stuck! I changed my lifestyle, I focused my energy on my goals and I learned to love myself. It’s a rough journey and I still stumble on a rock or two—but I get back up and keep going. As corny as it sounds, fitness is a journey, not a destination! There will always be room for improvement and there will always be a new goal to achieve. ⠀⠀ . As I was sitting by the pool this morning I overhead another mom talking about how she wishes she could wear a bikini 👙 . She told the story of how she is in the best shape of her life after losing the baby weight but doesn’t think it is appropriate to flaunt a bikini 🙈 . I really had to stop and think about this....why is it not appropriate?! Do I feel like Sam will be embarrassed to have a fit mom? Will me showing my stomach make me less of a mom? . For me wearing a bikini is exactly what I did before Sam and having Sam shouldn’t change what I am ‘allowed’ to wear, right?! I workout to feel happy, healthy, confident and putting on my prebaby bikini instead of shopping for a new ‘mom approved’ bathing suit is just easier #busymom . Today should of been my double workout for the week with my program but I’m still in a lot of pain so I switched it up with a really good 25 minute stretch & that really did the trick for my neck! 🌟 . Exploring kid friendly places Emirates bio farm @emiratesbiofarm was one of the FiRsT things we did during the SpRiNg break. Yes,it's a long drive down and totally worth it youve got my WoRD!! LiL knight was over the moon seeing their tractors and getting a chance to ride on them.It was a good opportunity for him to see the process of how we get our veggies rather than seeing them neatly stacked in supermarkets🙈 Yazen and Saher did such a great job in giving us a detailed explanation of the tedious process involved in making sure they get the best produce for us.
