That post cardio glow 😍 absolutely loved tonight's session with @ssamleeee @thefitblitz. Learning to do a bit more "endurance" stuff (and by endurance I mean longer that 30sec HIIT style). We worked in 2min blocks...2mins hard, 2mins lighter... Keeping an eye on my heart rate and keeping a steady pace. Victory of the night was managing a 2100m row in 10mins..AND NOT DYING. NSV for the win.
