There is an area of your brain called the Prefrontal Cortex, which is relied on heavily when we make decisions or solve problems. Without this part of our brain, we wouldn't be able to set any goals, make any plans, control any impulses or solve any problems. The problem is that this part of the brain also requires a lot of power to run and this power drains as you use it (similar to how your phone loses battery the more you use it). There are two ways we can use our brain better: 1) Prioritise our most brain-heavy work for the morning, when we have the most fuel. 2) Feed your brain with the right foods so that you can keep increasing your fuel levels - similar to how you charge your phone Make sure you're following @vedabiotics - we're going to be talking a lot more about this on our Instagram page!
