CAN YOU GIVE ME A 🙌🏻💯if you’re feeling like this too?? I had a MISERABLE day at work today and am plain old exhausted. Even the twins seem to be dragging today. It would’ve been so easy to give into stress eating and feeling sorry for myself, but when we have days like this, we have to change it around! Here’s some tips on how to turn that bad day frown upside down 🙃🙃 1) Make a list of what you’re grateful for. When you do that, all seems right with the world. 2) Savor the small moments and gifts. Coming home to my husband and a cup of coffee just made everything better ☕️❤️ 3) Exercise, drink lots of water and get a good night sleep. When we feel good physically, then we can handle these not so great days. 👉🏻👉🏻What are your tips for turning a bad day into a good one?
