These oils are my tools to get me through LIFE!! I can say this about a million times... Every time I think I've surrendered I surrender more. Anytime I feel like I have to "do" something, I surrender again. And every time I dive deeper into loving and accepting parts of myself, I find it easier to love and accept others just the way they are. Without trying to change me, without trying to change them. I'm only here as a guide, a medium. A compass. For God to do the universes thing. And I accept that role for me. I Surrender. Without manipulation. To what is. Here in the present moment. And the more present, and the more I surrender to the details of the God given present moment, the more breath taken I get of its beauty. Including myself as a person. Including my child as a person. Surrender to me is the theme to the time to myself ->> The time we have to ourselves is so undeniably important to our well-being and to our contribution to this world. All of my thoughts, emotions, stories, and expectations that I bring to my meditations are perfect exactly as they are. See, I have been told this before - but I never really believed it or understood it until I sat and and I practiced stillness over and over again. For me it's about being with it and as a kinesthetic person, FEELING peace and energy begin to flow throughout my being as I begin to accept and surrender to all of what is coming up - even the traumatizing memories, the need for busyness and packing in to-dos so that, as much as I don't like to admit it, feel like I'm doing this thing called life "right". And now that I know that peace and free flowing energy is actually who I truly am, it is not the worries, the fear of the future, or the memories. The free flowing Joy that my being is capable of embodying is who I truly am, and same for you 🙏 #Surrender #Mondaymorning
