Smoothies are probably my favorite thing to drink. They’re a great, quick breakfast option if you’re in a hurry in the morning. You can get creative and add really anything you’d like to meet your daily requirements of fruits, veggies, and other nutrients. I like adding spinach to mine as an easy way to get my greens in for the day. I find with the addition of cinnamon, you really can’t taste the greens at all and it provides a nice sweet flavor! Here’s one of the many smoothie creations I like to create. What’s your favorite? . . Ingredients: 1 C frozen blueberries, handful of fresh spinach, 1 C almond milk, 1 banana, 1/4 C plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 TB ground flaxseed (optional) . . Directions: ➡️Place everything into a high speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. ➡️Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
