Literally. You are never too good or too strong for any type of exercise. Although I struggle and am humbled by these accessory type movements, I know it takes all kinds of movement to be a well rounded athlete. 🛑 Give these fire hydrants a try 🛑 With a band around your thighs and on all fours, explode the knee out to the side for one and then slowly bring the leg down for 2-3-4. 15 reps in the right and then 15 reps on the left.
