There’s a mantra I like to use when I feel like I’m veering off the rails a bit and have trouble focusing on the task or moment at hand. I repeat to myself, “Do What You Do”. A simple way to center myself and try to be present in any particular moment. So if you feel like your brain has too many tabs open today or you’re having trouble focusing, I hope you take a mental break and do what you’re doing. One step at a time....one breath at a time...you WILL get there.
