TAPING 🏃🏾♀️👩🏾💻 I thought this would be a great post following a recent injury I had in September. I am dealing with the remnants of patellofemoral syndrome after a “fall.” We won’t get into that...I’m clumsy I guess 😥. So as a result, I started working on these knees especially my right one. Name of the game is rehab rehab rehab and using taping because I heard about all of the benefits. ——————————————————— Taping has been known via research to have some pretty interesting beneficial effects. Supporting injured muscles/joints Relieving pain Improving blood & lymph flow Providing proprioceptive facilitation Increasing muscle facilitation There are various taping methods before the sticklers comment on mine. This taping works for me and I’m going to continue to supplement it with my exercises. Hope this info helps others. See what works for you!
