Okay, so I haven't been #foodjournaling but I'm still on my #lifestylechange I'm still losing weight! Thank God. My diet is mainly veggies, beans, salads, sweet potatoes and more. When you tell people you don't eat meat, fish and barely any dairy. They often look at you strange. I try not to focus on food. I did that for a while and it. Contributed to all this bullshit. I have health things but some of it was NOt from weight loss. But, obviously it doesn't help. Doing this is my choice and to be better. To be healthy. I had #tomatoes #peppercini and we made #homemade #vegetarian #noodle soup. It's like chicken noodle soup but with no chicken. It was amazing. And good for today because of the cold. I am in a not so good place and I need to detoxify and I'm not allowing negative people anymore. I want to be in a positive good mind frame and no energy suckers. No vampire life suckers.
