The food that we put in our bodies is a snapshot of the care we take for our mind, body and emotional well being. ** Do you take care in preparing food? Or do you eat takeaway full of who knows what? ** Do you buy organic meat, vegetables and fruit? Or food that comes in brightly coloured packaging and is full of preservatives? ** Do you take time to sit down with your family and share a meal? Or do you stuff food in your mouth on the run? ** Have you taken the time to research what constitutes a good diet? Or do you not care enough to do this? ** These questions relate to food, but they are a broader representation of the way we feel about our own self worth. ** Personally I believe I am worth organic, home cooked meals that I prepare with love and gratitude. ** What do your eating habits say about you?
