I'm sharing this to show what transitioning to paleo might look like for you. This is what it looked like for me. I was slowly eliminating foods from my cooking. First it started with gluten, then dairy and soya. Although much improvement was seen, it became clear with every meal that there were other offending foods that were affecting my families health. After this meal something wasn't right with my toddlers tummy and I suspected potato or peas. I have now confirmed it was in fact peas and have decided that potatoes will just be a very occasional treat as none of us seem to be adversely affected by them. Dinner this day was roast beef rump with duck fat potatoes, Savoy cabbage, kale and peas.
