The chaos in the collective is a clear sign that change is required. To move forward, we have to evolve, grow and expand our perceptions of the ultimate TRUTH. ••• The energies of 11:11 are here for the entire month of November and is a gateway for us to rebalance and master our lives through this energetic code. In the coming days ask yourself these questions: Am I happy with the trajectory of my life? How can I bring more harmony and balance into my every day existence? Как сосредоточенность приводит к такому отношению к миру: - сосредоточенность позволяет увидеть лишнее в нашей жизни: вещи, поступки, отношения; - и приводит к осознанности всех действий; - мы перестаем делать ненужные вещи, отношения становятся прямее, нам становится ничего не нужно от людей. 3. Вслед за регулярностью в практике идет практика в повседневности, выявление накопленных привычек. 4. Свой недостаток человек должен обнаружить сам - подсказка со стороны не даст толку. 5. Позиция практикующего в конфликтных ситуациях - не обижаться на мир, а смотреть, где он сам дает повод для конфликта, что так сильно задевает при этом. 6. Продвижения в практике не будет, если не справиться со своими привычками вовремя: - возникает ситуация "или-или" - или мы изменим что-то в себе и пойдем дальше; - если нет, то падаем в практике, потом растем до той же ситуации, и так может идти по кругу. 7. Научись ничего не желать от мира, так как желания - это и есть накопленные привычки, в них нет никакой пользы и необходимости. 8. Любая привычка ограничивает человека. Когда мы освобождаемся от привычек, у нас появляется свобода, выбор вариантов в действиях. 9. Размышление над этим способствует более глубокой практике. 10. Отношения с другими людьми усложняются тем, что мы что-то хотим от них. Это привычка хотеть результата. 11. Накопленные привычки - огромный законсервированный запас энергии. 12. Получить доступ к этой энергии удастся, когда теряется заинтересованность в привычке. 13. Вопрос о способностях. 14. Гордыня - бесполезный хлам. Когда есть что защищать, есть "мое", человек превращает свою жизнь в "войну в песочнице" и притягивает в свою жизнь таких же, желающих в эту войну поиграть. Winter sun 🌞 Winter is soon upon us and along with it come a long line up of festivals with Diwali last night, Thanksgiving around the corner, Hanukkah and Christmas fast approaching, we’re in a period of celebrations but with them comes the challenges of family - whether that’s in laws, extended or distant cousins. It can also be a stressful time for close relationships. Given its International Stress Awareness Week this week, thinking ahead to these periods needn’t be met with dread - planning on how you’d like to experience these occasions is important - working out together what works for you as an individual, a couple and family and being clear on these with your intimate relationships is important as these can of course be in conflict. I often see people who have assumed the plan is one way whilst their partner has hoped for another - clarifying assumptions is so important in making sure there’s a balance without disappointment. Вопрос о принятии всех мыслей во время концентрации на объекте - мысли принимаются только на первом этапе концентрации. 3. Этапы концентрации: I. Начальная концентрация. Практикующий отмечает, когда отвлекся на мысль и усилием воли возвращает внимание обратно к объекту. II. Твердая концентрация. Мысли еще идут, но внимание полностью сосредоточено только на объекте. III. Угасание мыслей. Мысли исчезают, не получая подпитки вниманием. 4. Принятием на первом этапе концентрации есть то, что внимание возвращается к объекту от всех мыслей без исключения. 5. Ошибка - различение, когда делят мысли на нужные и не нужные. 6. Победой на этом этапе будет то, что человек перестанет различать и делить мысли, а сосредоточится только на своем объекте. 7. В жизни практикующий сосредоточен внутри и не разделяет людей, обстоятельства по каким-то признакам. Поэтому обстоятельства и люди не могут им управлять. 8. Задача на начальном этапе – отвлечь ум от внешних объектов и направить на практику концентрации. 9. Когда человек научится сосредотачиваться на одном внешнем объекте - он отрешается и от него, переходя к медитации. 10. Напряжение в практике возникает из-за противоречия между техникой концентрации и ложным представлением человека о том, как нужно практиковать. Когда людям говорится, что не нужно бороться с мыслями, некоторые понимают, что не нужно бороться только с некоторыми мыслями, или что с мыслями не нужно бороться иногда. Изрядно намучившись,потом они понимают, что все вопросы и ответы исходят из беспорядочной деятельности ума. 11. Чувствовать отсутствие мыслей - это тоже ошибка. 12. Думать о точке - тоже ошибка. 13. Точка - это тоже мысль? Сравнение мудреца Патанджали мыслей с обезьянами. (7) If reality is a bunch of hallucinations, then how does it come that we are able to agree on it being a hallucination? There is something ”fishy” about this. We may want to disprove reality by proving that Person A perceives a sensation in such X and such Z ways during these Y circumstances while Person B gives a wildly different testimony of his/her’s experience. Still there is something very, very real to the fact that both A and B claim that they have experiences at all in the first place, that is they agree on the rules of language that makes up this language game called ”Hallucinating forth reality”. Why are we ”collectively” hallucinating forth the same illusion-like mirage of a false reality. Why do we even talk about it? If the Hallucination occurs in a brain then the experience should be extremely private, yet there is nothing private about experience at all (we share concepts such as experience, language, etc.) This raises the question; if everyone is able to agree on their hallucinations being hallucinations there must be something very real to each and every human concerning these hallucinations since we are able to share our experiences with each other through the means of language. How then can it even be called ”hallucinating”? What we really are doing is just uncovering the veil that we had put upon reality by taking our language literal. We collectively agree about experiencing a reality because the Consciousness to which different aspects of reality appears is the very same reality that we discover each and every time we say that something is known or experienced. Whatever you experience, your experience is real. But when we identify with the world, the body or the mind we tend to miss the non-dual ”background” that witnesses these phenomena. When we see ourselves as the ”background” then it also becomes evident that we are equally as much the ”foreground”. There is not even a ”background” and a ”foreground” there is only the clarity of reality left and it is never ever again personal, separate, located and experienced as ”personal”. When we take our stand as the reality of Consciousness our experience of the world confirms our stand.

Hallucinations continued...(P.6) (Conventionally we say that a cup can contain coffee and such, this is OK, but our concepts of containment causes huge issues when they are taken as literal definitions of how things really are). Contemplate the experience of a moment in total silence (and for example, silent while looking at a beautiful sunset). When in silence what is it that says that reality needs notions of objects and epistemic instruments in the first place? Where there is seeing there is the seen, where there is the seen there is seeing, seeing and seen are never found existing separate from one another. The eye can’t turn vision back upon itself in order to see the seer, it follows that the seer is the unseen. The unseen seer is then everything seen. If that is the case then there can’t be anything hidden from your experience nor misinterprations of data about reality. In such a case all interpretations are valid and what’s actually stunning is that there are many, many interpretations about reality and there seems to be room enough for all of them. Words and sentences form superimposed notions of external objects along with our belief that language can describe (for example) vision. We never experience objects (except for a voice or a written word) that waves to us and says ”label me as an object”, ”label me as a world”, ”label me as a brain”, etc. These notions are of conventional use only and that is more than enough, why? Because at many times our conventional knowledge seems to do it’s job, that is we can use ordinary, everyday understanding as a tool against the various assumptions of dualism that our everyday concepts can seem to provoke and give rise to.

(P.5) If objects and epistemic instruments are mutually dependent on one another then indeed we can’t reach a true foundation for our epistemology. Perhaps, from this it follows that we need to withhold belief or give up the idea that objects and epistemic instruments ”exist” intrinsically, there can’t be objects ”out there” indepent of perception or epistemic instruments ”in here” that exist independent of the objects they should detect ”out there”. What then? Is our whole notion of reality false? Wrongly imagined? Is reality then really a Hallucination? It seems that looking at a wall is equally as much a hallucination such as an LSD trip. No, what made the waking state reality ”in the world out there” real is the fact that our experience of the world is known ”in here”. What makes a Hallucination real is the fact that as an experience, a Hallucination is known. Now, we can see that the common denominator for both ”out there” and ”in here” is Consciousness. There is equal as much Consciousness that goes into the making of saying that something is ”out there” or ”in here”; the notions ”out there” and ”in here” is equally as much known since they are made real from ”out of” the knowing to which they appear and that is Consciousness. The idea of being able to have Hallucinations comes from our religious belief in external objects ”in the world out there” or subtle external objects (brains) ”in here”. Reality seems to slip out of our reach when we forget what makes an object real; the fact that it is known. We miss the presence of Consciousness since it is not an object, it is not something personal, separate, spatial and contained within a person or a brain. Persons and brains are experiences ”in” Consciousness, they are made out of the very same Consciousness to which they appear. Persons and brains are not containers that contains Consciousness since Persons and Brains arises ”in” or ”to” Consciousness (Consciousness is not physical therefore it can not be a container, physicality is not physical since we can’t prove a notion of physicality outside of Consciousness, thus ”physical objects” can not really contain things either* (*needs further clarification).

(p.4) ———————————————————————— Definition of ”hallucination” (according to Merriam Webster): 1a : perception of objects with no reality usually arising from disorder of the nervous system or in response to drugs (such as LSD) b : the object so perceived: ”wasn't sure if the rain was real or a hallucination” 2 : an unfounded or mistaken impression or notion : DELUSION ———————————————————————— It’s easy to take a look at one’s surroundings, let’s say a room. One beholds a wall (A) and then turns vision around to a wall (B). When wall (B) arises then wall (A) is no longer present as evidence for it having arisen or ”been there” in the first place. Turning the vision again back to wall (A) gives us the same outcome for wall (B). So we have to trust memory, but here’s the funny thing; what memory refers to is not present in direct experience in order to verify the claim that event (X) ever happened in the first place. We think that memory should provide us with some sort of evidence for past experiences but memory is always a direct, present experience in ”the now”. Memory never reaches out of the present in order to make contact with it’s referent. Now, is not ”the brain” something that arises as memory, perception and as a ”bodily” sensation? I see that this goes for all other objects as well, that is everything that we are conscious of. Every object properly analyzed brings us back to conscious presence; which I here define as reality. If the brain has such a causal efficacy that it is able to project a whole ”ready made” world then why does it come that I am not having direct evidence of a brain prior to consciousness? I should somehow be able to take a stand as the brain and witness the event of creation.———————————————————————— If epistemic instruments are established on the basis of the objects then we can’t say that the epistemic instruments are that which provides us with knowledge. ———————————————————————— If objects (such as brains or worlds) are independent of epistemic instruments such as perception, likeness, inference and such then why are we even talking about worlds, brains, realities and objects in the first place? ...to be continued

(p.3) I would like to ask you about when was the last time you managed to take a stand from the God’s eye view in order to verify that the brain creates hallucinations, reality or symbols? Can you see your brain in action when it performs these miracles? Now if the brain is the agent that creates ”Hallucinations” then the brain must also be part of the ”Hallucination”, since it’s nature of reality is then already illusory right? Now, I am Not saying that many good and meaningful models can be built around such a model such as ”the brain creating reality and symbols” but(!) is it your direct experience that life is actually, really in this way? Do you see the mind as existing inherently, separate from the world or the world as inherently existing, independent from mind? If these two labels (Mind & World) are such two ”substances” then how does it come That they seem to share some sort of ”overbridging” between one another, that is; they are actually not that separate from one-another that we would like to think. How do we end up with accurate knowledge about such a world without bringing in belief or inference? How can things be hidden from experience when there is no evidence for a status of prior-to experience? Let’s say we find an old ceramic cup that looks like it probably stems from hundred years ago, would that cup then be hidden from experience? When it is present it is directly perceived and when it is absent there is absolutely no evidence left for it having gone anywhere right (except for a memory thought)... (to be continued)
Continued... (p.2) Did ”you” become entirely non-existent and unreal during deep sleep? What is called ”hallucinations” is an outcome of using different vocabularies and preferred referents for words only. One could contemplate whether words, numbers and sentences really do depict an objective reality or do they just strengthen our belief in an objective, external reality? What is a ”hallucination” to someone might be called reality to another. This is a problem of language. Language is not a physical thing with borders and extension and ”it” is neither a temporospatial occurance (since temporospatial - time and space are ”occurances within” language, that is issues or may I say instruments of language). When you look deep enough in order to find the actual, true referent of a word or a sentence you can’t find it except from making up a thought inference. A thought can never at any time be something physical and a thought can never at anytime be found and pointed to as a cat on the mat in order to say ”there it is”. If we claim to experience thoughts then thoughts must be known, they must appear to consciousness and be made out of the very same consciousness. There are times when thoughts are not present but you as consciousness is present, what would one make of such an experience? If no word, sentence or thought is present, then how can one define such an experience as being anything at all whatsoever? How can something (thought) that is ”itself” known consist of any knowledge or reach out of direct experience and claim that there are such things as hallucinations in the first place. The seeming real-ness to every day waking state experience (or dreams / sleep) derives it’s quality of real-ness from that to which this quality appears; Consciousness. The reality which we see, hear, taste, smell, feel, touch and experience ”in the world” or for that part in a ”Hallucination” is experienced entirely as real, because the experience whether it being a concrete or abstract one shares the same quality of reality; that of Consciousness... Q: I am afraid that our experience of Reality is just a bunch of Hallucinations dreamt up by the brain that we collectively agree on. This makes me feel that life is terrible and very lonely, it is almost like a nightmare. ———————————————————————— A: Ok, first I would like to say that this is a non-issue, non-question, a non-problem. The issues that arises from such a notion (or really any notion) and assumption are of linguistic affairs without actual, concrete & objective referents. How could language ”itself” being non-physical point, refer, make contact with or shake hands with ”anything” outside ”it’s” seeming appearance? Looking at the problem from another view, that is - let’s say that words, thoughts and whatever objects you claim having experience of actually do have referents. The ”true” referent would then be consciousness since noone has ever experienced anything outside of consciousness. If you claim that something is a ”hallucination” you must by nature experience something ”real” in order to state, define and assert that something is either entirely unreal or illusionary. I would suggest viewing the ”something real” here as Consciousness (Consciousness as a pragmatic tool for use in order to deal with the various problems that arises with such a statement as there being anything that is hallucinatory or illusion-like) and I define Consciousness as ”that to which appearances appear to”. There’s nothing prior to experience, there’s no precursor to experience, so how can you say that something is a ”hallucination”, it would have to be ”there” or outside of experience ”preparing to dress up before entering the main stage” in the first place and this is something that is only proposed by a mind that takes itself to be something located within space & time, contained, objective and separate. Do you take the ”waking state” ”in” which your mind, body and world appears as something real, objective and concrete? Then why does all of these seemingly real and natural appearances disappear in deep sleep? ...to be continued

Q: Who or What is a Spiritual or Non-dual Teacher? ———————————————————————— A: In reality there is no Spiritual, Non-Dual Teacher or Spiritual Student. But it seems that where there’s a Spiritual Questioner or a Spiritual Student - The Spiritual Teacher appears. The Spiritual Teacher is dependent upon there being a Spiritual Student who has questions so their relation is already made up on interdependency, interbeing and Non-Duality. The Spiritual Teacher does not have to appear as a person, The Spiritual Teacher might as well be a sound of traffic, a singing morning bird, a book or a chair. If arising as a person The Spiritual Teacher is one who knows without knowing that she is reality alone. She does not look upon the Student as a person but instead She looks upon the Student as absolute reality or one might say that the Teacher beholds the student as ”God” or ”The Beloved”. The Spiritual Teacher knows without knowing that she has absolutely nothing to teach, but when arising as skillful means she presents steps or a teaching that the Student might follow in order to clearly see that there is nothing that needs to be realized. The Spiritual Teacher arises as one without a mask, motive or an agenda. The ”goal” (a way of speaking only) of The Spiritual Teacher is the happiness, well being and liberation of the student. The Spiritual Teacher does not hold any dreams of wanting to gain power over others, forming a utopian society, building a spiritual city or becoming famous. The Spiritual Teacher knows without knowing that all is Spirit and that there is nowhere to go in order to strengthen this seeing of all as ”Spirit”. In the end of the teaching, by the use of skillful means The Spiritual Teacher deconstructs The Spiritual Teacher, The Spiritual Student, The Tools and The Spiritual Teaching and by that way She is also switching place with The Student so that The Student becomes The Teacher and The Teacher becomes The Student. Such is the way of teaching liberation. There is nothing and noone to teach. No Teaching took place at any time.

Sometimes finding balance can be extremely difficult. Avoiding two equal and apposing extremes pulling you towards them at all times. As a mother finding the middle way of not too stern and not too soft. With lovers finding a place between too much drama and not enough care. In diet finding the what, not so extreme that i wont enjoy my feeding and how much, not so much that im bloated and not so little that i feel hungry. In oneself, being confident with out being cocky. Learning how to deal with situations with the right amount if feeling and logic. Feeling content a good amount of the time without forgetting the suffering is not far behind. Friendship friends have something helpful to say to y'all; so keep reading! (I translated this love into the human words) Remember everything is individual - meaning that what is "positive" or "negative" is largely subjective & conditional on where you are right now - as well as what YOU personally want or need to feel better. So for e.g. someone may think the music you listen to is "negative" because to them it brings them down. HOWEVER YOU PERSONALLY get great relief & feel BETTER listening to it - therefore it is POSITIVE TO YOU! So when someone says "think positive" you don't have to feel imprisoned to sunshine & rainbows if what feels better now is to feel angry or powerful - rather than low & victimised. So as long as you aren't hurting anyone follow your heart to "raising your vibration" "improve mood" - and "be positive" in your own way. If what is positive to YOU is a mohawk and loud heavy metal - that is truly POSITIVE because you are FEELING BETTER. No one else can be the judge of that or truly know what is working for you without being you or knowing you properly. A Feng Shui expert said what he would find disharmonous and clutter - his best friend would not. (That said things that harm yourself long term, hurt others or another being isn't ever positive or good. So obviously within the realms of being ethical.) There is no list set in stone about who or what is positive or negative - as one person's trash is another person's treasure. Teenage Staria felt massive RELIEF watching horror movies, reading about serial killers. It felt better than where I was in my trauma. 🌟 Adult Staria hates those things and feels depressed & sickened by them - so what is positive or negative for you can also CHANGE over time. Always check in on yourself and ask honestly how things truly make you feel TODAY. Do what is positive for the person you are NOW. So that's why Angels, your sweet Toys don't mind you doing things like grooving to your "weird" parties and actually enjoy it - because your energy is being uplifted and happier. So the key is just to be MINDFUL of how YOU PERSONALLY feel, and spend time with VALIDATING people. Be Tao.
The beginning of November evokes transformation 🐛🐛🦋 🦋 With daylight savings time tomorrow, the days getting shorter and winter fast approaching, there’s a reminder: the only sure thing is change. It’s something I’ve avoided in the past at all costs. My wonderful colleague @bryanstimmler said that our success is directly correlated to being uncomfortable. Change is definitely uncomfortable and yes, it’s hard. I’m leaving an office where I’ve been nurtured since I graduated residency, the place where I came into my own as a dental practitioner. But change is also a beautiful thing.
