In the beginning I was on a high almost every day and it was awesome. As time goes on and your habits change, things start to settle down and not become as motivating and exciting...your baseline has been reset when you feel this way. This is a great thing because you have improved and been consistent enough to become and STAY better. But it’s also dangerous because you don’t want to get comfortable and settle. Working out is no longer a goal for me, it’s a habit and it was the biggest goal for me. So now what? I really need to focus in on mental strength again because I have lost that a little bit along the way. And I believe it is the most vital! Also, I need to redirect my diet and be more strict because my fat loss hasn’t went down much if any in the last two months. So, I am going to get my plan of action together and form a daily mental strength habit of reading for 30 minutes a day and stick to one cheat meal per week starting TODAY. It feels good to start something new and know that in a couple months I will be even further than I am now with consistency and discipline 💯 And thank you guys for holding me accountable too, we all need that from both ourselves and others no matter how much you have your shit together!
