As I grow and change, I have been forced to reflect on the past lately as well as enjoy the present. Big families in new areas seem to find each other (the only new people I have met have 4-5 little people following along) but there are a few brave souls (with 1 or 2 little people) that seem to be awestruck by the show and elect to tag along. They ask questions, parenting advice and the like. This post is for those 1 and 2 little people Mother’s. I have no advice, no one does. Do what’s right for you and your little people and call me if you need wine, coffee or oils! #lifewith5
She designed a life she loved. How true are those words? Don’t get me wrong there has been things in my life I wish didn’t happen (my dad passing away and us losing two babies) but as a whole I have to say I do love my life, my hubby and my kids (even if they have got chicken pox and I haven’t had a full night sleep in a long time!) If it’s wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I love being a stay at home mum (most days), watching my kids grow up and I wouldn’t be able to do that without the support of my husband. We have been doings lots of planning as a family from holidays and days out to decorating the rest of our home which I am excited about. Have you any exciting plans coming up? One tired mummy today who was up all night with a toddler who couldn’t stop scratching. Thankfully everyone else slept all night. Today we have stocked up on all the creams and medicine in the hope tonight goes a bit better. The kids have been happy playing out in the garden today since we weren’t able to go out anywhere. How has your Sunday been?
The number 1 reason I would love to move back to England.... because they always seem to have nice weather around this time of year and throughout the summer. I’m currently sat here freezing wishing for the sun to make an appearance again even for a few days! This picture was taken last year in the walled garden on one of those few days we had some sunshine.
I just got back from planting at 2 of the Young Living farms. The experience was more than amazing. The farms and the people who work on them are a testament to amazing products we receive. From choosing the seeds to hand planting and hand weeding, the love, care and pride in Young Living farms is second to none. For those of you who are already reaping the benefits of this amazing company.....congratulations!!! For those of you who aren’t, well you should give them try. I know where my oils come from and I’m pretty proud of that. #oilsthatwork #wheredoyouroilscomefrom
Through all of the craziness of the past few weeks I have forgotten to sit back and enjoy what matters most. We changed our lifestyle for our family, for our children. Today as I sit down to enjoy my coffee (this is a new thing I’m trying 😉). I also sit down and enjoy what matters most.....my children. All safe, all together, all happy and all currently destroying my house. ❤️
