I love fall. Sweaters, boots and of course pumpkins! I love pumpkin spiced lattes, but don’t love all the additives. Here is me favorite recipe for a healthier pumpkin spiced latte you can make at home! 8 ounces brewed coffee (Or 1-2 espresso shots) 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 3 tablespoons pumpkin purée 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup With a blender mix pumpkin purée and milk. Heat on stove or in microwave 30-45 seconds. Remove from heat. Add in spices, vanilla, syrup. Pour coffee into a glass and add the milk mixture on top. Enjoy!
