The Milky Way captured at Morton Castle, Dumfries and Galloway. I’ve always had an interest in astrophotography and this was one of my first attempts at capturing the Milky Way. Morton castle is another of Scotland’s hidden gems. Its breathtaking and remote location gives you a sense of peace. Unless it’s wet and windy of course. Crichope Linn is located in Dumfries and Galloway, and one of Scotland’s hidden gems. It’s a tricky and often slippery path up to the waterfall and not one for those who have a fear of heights as there are some quite steep drops into the gorge!
