I hear quite often individuals say that they do "CrossFit". When I ask what it is they are doing the answers are usually 30 to 40 minutes of intense work. That is NOT CrossFit! When you put yourself under that strain for multiple days in a row it is very bad for your body. Workouts for that duration should only be programmed once maybe twice a month. Understand when you are working out you are breaking down your body. Your body only gets stronger when it is at rest.
