Fall is officially here and with the cold setting in it often means warm, hearty, comfort food. For some this is also the time when we struggle with our nutrition and weight loss. Because of this, I have decided to open up another private online group which focuses strictly on nutrition and changing your mindset about food, your body, and losing weight. I am partnering up with the programs creator, who is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from UCLA, and we will be focusing on what you can eat to feel full, satisfied, and in control without ever counting calories or points or measuring food. Exercise is not an requirement, but if you wish to do so then awesome! I’m only taking 10 people so I can give my full guidance and support.
