. Roads or no roads, activa does it all. All terrain touring machine. What I have learned is that, it can handle a hell lot of beating. Never a single breakdown, climbing issues, heating problems, even a silly puncture. Earlier when I started touring I was a little skeptical about it's reliability but that's all past now, for me it's more fucking reliable than any RE, any day, any road.😎 . P.S:- Please don't get offended guys, it's just my opinion after watching many riders struggling with their RE's(specially Himalayan), which I met during my journey. Lack of torque for climbing considering P/w ratio, shocker leaks, tyre rim bends and what not. . If you've been to any mountain pass, you know how road conditions are. And for sach pass it's completely different story, earlier when I went to chanshal I was completely exhausted during my descend as I was seated, and holding handlebars too tight. . . But now I have learnt the trick, it's less suffering if you stand up and grab the handlebars less tightly, just for the sake of giving direction. It's much less tiresome and more adventurous for sure but you gotta be freaking alert all the time and even more when you're doing this. A single moment decides you live or you die. . Road till sach pass is full of challenges and adventures and become more kind of life endangering in monsoons. Some sections of it are much worse than the Chhatru-Batal stretch in Lahul. . The Swift you see here, got stuck here for quite some time and behind it, you can see our old-school @shandar_sacred_spaces restlessly waiting to raid sach pass on his avenger 220.😉 . And a big congratulations to @ashu200ns, it was his first trip in Himalayas on his bike and he conquered the mighty sach pass in his first ride. . Bought these Rynox Nomad v2.1 Saddle bags, they're usually designed for motorcycle though. But it's easy to mount on Activa and other scooty's too, comes with 3 over seat straps and 3 lower hooks on bag for further safety...though I couldn't use it with activa. Instead I will be running 3 hook-type bungee cords through them to further secure it even more. You won't see the outward bulge after then, like you see in this picture. They were the only saddle which were wide enough to be placed on Activa seat. Will give a more comprehensive review once I do a ride. . .
