BURRITO BOWL ⭐️🌱 The recipe for this #nourish bowl is in my ebook but it includes.... • black beans • sweet corn • guacamole • wild & brown rice • cucumber • spinach • carrots • radishes —— 🤔I’ve been realising more and more that what others eat has literally nothing to do with you, and you cannot make a judgement of how much they eat by just observing their intake at the dinner table. 🥕Someone may only be hungry for a small bowl of fruit for breakfast, but did you know that the night before they had 2 bowls of ice cream with nutella and sweets? What about when they weren’t very hungry for dinner but had nearly a whole box of pringles whilst their pasta was cooking? 🙌 Everyone is able to get enough nutrition in SOMEWHERE, otherwise they would be severely malnourished and underweight, so we just need to focus on ourselves and do what’s right for us. 👭Other people and what they eat don’t concern what we need and what our bodies ask for. We’re made individual for a reason - and all we have to do is learn to listen and honour what we, as individuals, crave and desire!
