🦋✨🌞I will say this forever...Sunshine is the best medicine.✨ 💫Feeling a bit ‘Blocked’ today & really trying to accept the emotion while doing everything I can to take positive steps forward👣 🍃It was hard to wake up, hard to be in the gym, hard to be around people, hard to smile & be positive. 💫When things just aren’t working, I try to tune out life’s chatter and tune in to what my soul is usually screaming at me🤦🏼♀️ 🌸Honestly, sometimes I know exactly what my soul needs to feel better & I just can’t give it that. I’m forced to feel the discomfort in my space & sit with the current. 🍃When working-out that “discomfort” is often referred to as “when the change happens.” ✨I can then choose to pout or be. Be in this space & give myself the light I need to stay afloat at that moment. ✨Today, the sun saved me & I showed myself some light.
