Fairy tales don’t tell you that “they lived happily ever after” AND they went to therapy. Or that, “she found her Prince Charming” AND they argued about who took out the garbage last every Thursday evening forever and ever and ever Amen. NOPE. No one mentions those parts, but they are there. Amidst the kissing goodbyes and the “just because” hand written notes and the simple grocery store “dates” sans kids. . My husband @artthislittleestate and I said “I do” in a little church infront of 100 of our friends and family and didn’t have a clue what we were doing. We still don’t half the time. But working on this home and these projects together, and saying “I do” over and over again, has made coming home more about coming together than to a place that we share. Does that make sense? You too? ❤️ . We’ve been at home bonding over expanding our Shop lately and this custom barn wood “we still do” sign for 12 more wood art pieces are giving me all the feels for so many reasons. We are the happiest when we are creating side by side, dreaming up our future and even more pleased when our work and ideas can make YOUR home and people happy too. ❤️ .
