Oj vad många sharinggrupper jag suttit i under alla år, och inte har det blivit lättare för det (eller jo, lite) men det har alltid varit värt det! We’ll start with a gentle and restorative kundalini yoga practice to prepare the body and nerves to release stress and tension, slow down and relax.
