🌧Had a day full of the post-birthday blues. I always struggle after a holiday, birthday, or even a competition. Anything I get excited about and look forward to, I end up being really blue the next couple of days after it’s over.🤷🏼♀️ Today included a terrible workout, crawling back in bed to nap (which I never do!), grocery shopping, meal prep, and a quick 30 of yoga at home to try and get my mind right for a fresh week or work tomorrow. 🖤I WAS, however, excited to see some progress in my shape today. I really have been putting on some quality muscle tissue this year! (and some thiccness lol).Can’t wait to talk 2019 with @jamidebernard this week🤗 and to have something new to be excited about!
