Ego vs body today.. 215 x 6 hard RPE 10 for deadlifts and 175 for pauses. . . Today was rough but in the end I am happy to have even dragged myself to the gym. I have been feeling very tight in my shoulders and lats and the effects were noticeable in today's lifts. Even during my pauses (left pic) I was having a hard time staying tight through my shoulder blades. Very ready for deload week.
