An Abs workout that I do a couple times a week. You don't need a gym, this can be done at home, a hotel...wherever you feel comfortable doing it. Do three sets of each. Takes less than 10 minutes. If you want a little extra burn then GO SLOW. For the purpose of this video I did this at a normal pace.
