🍰ПИРОГ С КЛУБНИКОЙ🍰 ⠀ 🍓Кростата с клубникой и заварным кремом🍓 ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ: ⠀ Для теста: ⠀ -мука - 250 г, -мягкое сливочное масло - 110 г, -сахар - 60 г, яйцо - 1 шт., -ванильный экстракт - 1/2 ч.л. ⠀ Для заварного крема: ⠀ -молоко - 130 мл, -ванильный сахар - 4 пакетика, -молотая корица - на кончике ножа, -яичные желтки - 2 шт., мука - 2 ст.л., -свежая клубника - 500 г, листики мяты, -сахарная пудра - для украшения ⠀ 1. Размягченное сливочное масло тщательно перемешать с сахаром и щепоткой соли. 2. Добавить яйцо и ванильный экстракт, взбить до получения однородной массы, постепенно добавляя муку, замесить тесто. 3. Охладить тесто в холодильнике. 4. Молоко подогреть в сотейнике, не доводя до кипения. 5. Желтки взбить с сахаром, добавить муку, корицу и влить тонкой струйкой теплое молоко. 6. Размешать до получения однородной массы и вернуть на огонь. 7. Постоянно помешивая, довести до кипения и дождаться, пока крем загустеет. 8. Быстро охладить крем, положив сотейник в большую емкость с холодной водой, не прекращая помешивать. 9. Форму диаметром 26-28 см присыпать мукой, равномерно распределить тесто, формируя бортики. На дно теста положить пергаментую бумагу, насыпать груз (сухой горох или фасоль) и выпекать в предварительно разогретой духовке при температуре 150-160 градусов около 30 минут. После чего вынуть тартинку из духовки и дать остыть. 10. If I ever had to eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be bread*. Screw a white picket fence; I’ll take a white ciabatta with some whipped salted butter over that any day, thank you very much. I don’t need diamonds. Just gimme a carbfest and I’m content. I actually don’t even need some kind of fancy bread with a side of olive oil made by some french baker called Pierre (which is the pinnacle, btw) - I’d seriously be happy with a loaf of Tip Top Sunblest white sandwich reduced to half price from Coles. And to team the baked good from the gods with CHEESE? This my friends, is what you call a guaranteed panty dropper; the kingpin of snacks, the entree of champions, the bun that stops the nation. Just Strawberry Tart. Just because it's still strawberry season here.🍓 It's my favourite tart for seasonal fruits and berries. The filling is made of vanilla soft curd. Perhaps, it's could be called cheesecake, but I'm not sure. Frankly speaking, it's my variant of one of the most popular Russian cakes, called "Tsvetayevskiy". Drinking the Rosso whilst I wait for the Brunello to mature in my cellar. I highly rate Stella's Rosso due to the fact that although Stella owns 5 different vineyards, she does not allocate specific sites for Brunello or Rosso (i.e older or better lieut dit for Brunello and vice versa for Rosso). Instead she determines the blend for the Rosso and Brunello based on the characteristics of each site during that particular vintage, resulting in a Rosso that punches way above its weight. The 2013 need no decanting, I just let it breathed in the Zalto Bordeaux. Granted this is not as complex as the Brunello but it is luscious and ethereal with bright red fruits, floral and herbal aroma. Very vibrant and fresh, everything that I look for in Sangiovese. Saya bikin puding roti tawar yg kapan hari sudah tayang 😃 Berhubung ada sisa santan daripada mubadzir so.. Airnya saya ganti santan. Pudingnya makin gurih daaan saya hanya membuat 1/2 dari resep aslinya, jadi resep yg saya tulis ini adalah takaran yg saya gunakan Puding Roti Tawar Source : bunda_didi Rebake : @henny_henzz Bahan : 2 gls air ( me 500 ml santan ) 2 lbr roti tawar 1 btr telur 2 sachet skm 50 gr gula pasir 5 gr agar2 plain 1 sdm margarin 1 sdm coklat bubuk + 1sdm air panas aduk rata 2 tetes pasta coklat 1/4 sdt vanili Sejumput garam Cara membuat : * Dalam wadah masukkan 400 ml santan, gula pasir, agar2 dan garam rebus sampai mendidih * Blender roti tawar, skm, telur dan sisa santan, sampai halus, lalu masukkan kedalam adonan agar2, aduk rata, masak lagi sampai mendidih, terakhir masukkan margarin aduk rata, angkat * Bagi menjadi 2 bagian sama banyak, 1 bagian biarkan putih, 1 bagian lagi beri coklat bubuk yg sudah dicairkan tadi dan pasta coklat aduk rata ( jangan sampai bergerindil ) * Tuang 2 sdm adonan putih kedalam loyang yg sudah disiapkan, lalu 1sdm adonan coklat ulangi lagi sampai adonan habis, dinginkan, potong" siap disajikan . . . #puding #pudingroti #puddingrotitawar #chocolatepudding #dessert #sweetdessert #homemadedessert #foodies #foodie #foodpics #instapics #resepsimple #berbagiresep #reseprumahan #homemade #homemadelovers #shareresep #bakingbareng #belajarbaking #happybaking #homemade #madebylove #instafood #recipe #sharerecipe #delicious #yummyfood #dnypuding #dnypudingroti - #regrann
