Sheet Pan Soy Garlic Ginger Salmon & Roasted Veggies 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 • For the Salmon: I do 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp EVOO, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp chopped ginger & 1 garlic clove minced. Cook at 400° until it reaches 145° basting throughout with extra marinade. • Veggies: Break broccoli & cauliflower into florets, cut carrots into long wedges. Place on sheet pan in single layer. Drizzle with EVOO, seasonings of choice & I added soy sauce to the broccoli. Roast at 400° about 20-25 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
