The last thing you want to do when you walk out of the office is go walk into an air conditioned gym, especially when the weather is so nice. So what can you do? You could go for a walk or a run or a hike. But maybe you want to mix it up. Here is a workout that you can get done in 20 minutes outside!! What you get with this workout *Lean Muscle Building *Fat Burning *Tension Melting *Sweat *Fun So let's get to is shall we? The Workout: Set you timer for a tabata, which is 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, for 8 rounds. Rest one minute between tabatas. Tabata 1: Tricep dips on steps Jumping Jacks Alternate for the 4 minutes. Tabata 2: Incline push-ups on steps High Knees Alternate for the 4 minutes. Tabata 3: Box jumps on steps. Alternating reverse lunges Alternate for the 4 minutes. Tabata 4: Side shuffles (4 left then 4 right repeating) Plank Alternate for the 4 minutes.
