Getting lean sitting at 161lb this morning. I can feel my waist getting tighter. I also attached a pic of my workout from yesterday. It was SO brutal. _____________________ Mainly because my body was screaming for a rest day, but I still went. Lesson learned listen to your body. Sometimes you do need a rest day or even a deload week. It doesn't mean you're a pussy. _____________________ Lifting heavy will accumulate a lot of fatigue, so finding ways to manage that is a major key. Otherwise you'll plateau a lot, & accumulate fatigue very quickly. _____________________ Now get to work!!! I'm gonna rest up today, I've got class later though so I'll make some mental gainz today.
