Wake up every morning feeling like P... wait... wake up every morning feeling like your amazing self! ••• I’m almost a month into my workout program & nutrition plan and, holy crap, I’m loving the results! ••• So far on day 25, - I’m way more toned - I’ve lost about 1.5 inch on my waist - I’ve lost an inch on my bust - And most importantly, I’m feeling FANFREAKINGTASTIC ••• I can’t wait to see what my end results will be with one more month. I’m even more excited to see how the women I coach are doing! ••• December 1 we start the next part of our challenge and this time of year we tend to forget about ourselves to focus on others. BUT you can’t truly devote yourself to others if you don’t devote time to YOU!
