I love Winona Ryder. I love her work and the determination and effort she puts into every character she plays. I love her 100% and respect her fully. Because of her I smiled in one of the most depressing times in my life. Because of her I am pursuing my dream of working as an actress and studying Video and Audio Production, as well as taking acting classes, going for auditions and seriously trying for something i’m passionate about. I love her for being herself even if she did get bullied multiple times because of how she looked. I love her for watching and loving old movies in her family’s barn with her mother and then enrolling to take acting classes in 1983. I love her for playing her characters in Lucus, Square Dance, and Beetlejuice even if people did talk down to her because of how she may have looked in the films. I love her for going after the role of Veronica even if the movie didn’t air or even if it wouldn’t be a hit. “It’d be career suicide” her agent told her. She did not care. Now Heathers would never be the same without her. I love her for being who she is and chasing after what she wanted to do. She is someone who gives her complete all and who pours her heart and soul into her work. I love her for being goofy, dorky and not masking her personality and trying to be something she isn’t. Her being true to herself is what I most admire about her. I love her for pushing herself but so much to the limit of sickness because she was committed to the part in the Godfather lll, really does show how committed she is and even then, at such a young age. I love her for her caring soul, heart and mind. For helping with the Klaas family in 1993 when their daughter was kidnapped and then dedicating Little Women to Polly Klaas. For all she’s been through with anxiety and depression, I love her for being so strong and being so open in the candid interview about it after years of keeping it all in. I love her for acknowledging it as something she needed help with, as some people don’t do anything to help themselves. I love her for so much, all throughout the 70s, 80s, 90’s, 00’s and till today. I love her for being her, I could go on and on. I love Winona Ryder.
