Tried another #concoction today. Found this flounder #recipe online via #google "flounder filet recipe" and used whatever was in the house to complement it. All #ingredients and #food from @aldiusa. #Aldi #Flounder #filets (17g protein): #Ingredients 2 tablespoons grated #lemon rind (about 3 lemons) 1 tablespoon extravirgin #oliveoil 1 1/4 teaspoons black peppercorns (didn't have so used crushed #blackpepper instead), crushed 1/2 teaspoon salt (used #garlicsalt instead) 2 #garlic cloves (3 bc duh), minced 4 (6-ounce) #flounderfillets (I had 5 and this was still enough) Cooking spray Lemon wedges (optional) Increase or decrease ingredients to preferred taste. Directions: Preheat oven to 425°. Combine first 5 ingredients. Place #fillets on a pan coated with cooking spray. Rub garlic mixture evenly over fillets. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired. Source: http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/baked-flounder-with-fresh-lemon-pepper I wanted to increase the #protein so I tried #edamamespaghetti (25g protein, 22g carbs), seasoned with similar ingredients used on fish sauce, and topped with #edamame (5g protein) for filling and added protein. I'm new to edamame and cooking anything with it. Serious question: How do you #cook & season yours?
