In 1995, legendary Golden/Silver Age Batman artist Dick Sprang produced this gargantuan pic entitled "Secrets of the Batcave." It's basically a love letter to all the cool stuff that Bats held in his base throughout the wacky 50s. Zoom in for the details - you can see obvious choices like the giant penny and the big robot T-Rex, but there are also deeper cuts hidden in there like the Whirly-Bat (that helicopter-looking thing) and the Bathysphere (that red gizmo near the Bat boat - basically it served as an undersea submarine-type vehicle). I fully admit that Batman's Silver Age adventures aren't my forte and that there's a lot of stuff in here that I don't recognize upon first glance. Really cool, though, and proof that Dick Sprang could still wreck a page even in his older age.
