Food for thought, since I’m getting ready to call it a night. I used to have a really hard time sleeping for several reasons, but mainly because I always had a lot in my mind. I recently started making sure I had a cup of herbal tea before bed, and that’s helped me relax at the end of the day and be mindful of my actions. Sometimes I get so caught up in things, I forget what’s going on around me, and I’ve been working hard to break that habit 🙈 I’m so grateful for the little things in life, like tea 💛 I’ve also found essential oil blends have been helpful for me to clear my mind also, because I’m so focused on how relaxing the scent is! Who knew 🤷♀️ do any of you have any falling asleep rituals too?
