The 2 bowls (center) are the 2 different smoothies i made. I stirred them together to be as uniform as possible. I wrote down how many ounces of the different fruits i put in them. Pic3 Blend your smoothies one bowl at a time. Pro tip: put the 2nd bowl in the freezer while youre blending the first batch. Pro tip: for hands free pouring, use a cup, wrap the bag over the top. I made 3 smoothies per blending. 1#14 oz is 10 oz x 3 smoothies. My smoothies have 4 oz each of juice in them. Total ends up being 14 oz. Plus 2/3 scoop iso hydralyzed vanilla protein powder. 16 g protein per smoothie. (2nd batch had strawberry protein powder) Lay them flat on a sheet pan to freeze.
