This week, using our shrubs as inspiration, Chef Andrew (@acleverbastard) and his team @sirenbyrw // @thedarcyhotel in DC created one of the most incredible meals I have ever had - in which every dish and every drink featured one of our shrubs in one capacity or another. From the beginning, we have always pushed our fans and ourselves to use our shrubs in ways you would never expect (to use vinegar) but Chef Andrew and his team took everything we have done up until now to a whole new level (which I sort of expected - these guys are professionals). In fact, they just earned a well-deserved Michelin Star 👏 👏 👏 this year! But to see it all play out in person was surreal and we are incredibly grateful for their support and willingness to embrace small (but growing!), local companies like us. .
