Turmeric and ginger latte so delicious this was compliments of my favorite cozy spot in town @cafesmitten I include turmeric whenever possible it helps . ✔Relieve inflammation . ✔Joint pain . ✔Supports the cardiovascular system ✔I also use it as a natural pain reliever I use this spice when cooking adding 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon and black pepper. It's spicey so be careful. I season my chicken, soups, and beans with it.
