Update on ... . . Phal Orchid # 5 - . . I’ve had this orchid now for 11 months and when I first got this orchid, it had the most beautiful healthy roots of any orchid I’ve ever seen. Most of them were bright green. Unfortunately, due to my then inexperience with orchids and due to bad repotting, I lost almost all of the roots. . . It took a lot of guess work and trial and error but I finally got this baby growing again. New roots are growing on it (fertilizer is helping with that!) and it has 2 new leaves growing on it too. The 2nd to last one didn’t grow to full length because it didn’t have many roots at the time but I think now that it’s doing better the smaller leaf will grow to full size. . .
