#ElementalDiet day 6&7 - can't believe this original 📈 was done back in May of last year...add me to the list of people complaining they get *worse* after they begin treatment 😕 If I'm totally honest with you guys, yesterday was a bad day 😖 I was okay for most of the day, but completely deflated in the afternoon - no energy, feeling really sad and down and nutrient-deprived, and when I took a big swig of water to try and feel better my bloating absolutely EXPLODED 😖😖 My husband and I have some theories and hopefully a way forward, tho: up until now I've been "chugging" the diet 4-6 times a day (splitting a 'meal' in half and just downing it), but that may have been the wrong approach for me... as you can see from my initial lactulose breath test graph (pic), my numbers spike lower in my small intestine.
